The sign in the back of this building (red arrow) says Yorktown Woodworking. When I look it up, there is one in Yorktown Heights, NY. The photo is the fall of 1962. Does this look like Yorktown Heights. The building would be NYC? Thanks.

Could have been a section shed/Speeder Shed,Yorktown Hgts was a yard with a turntable,a turn point for most of the Commuter train
service to Sedgwick Ave on the Put division
Yorktown Hgts has a fully restored station bldg.
