No more NYA service east of Hicksville on the Pt. Jefferson

I've seen Kleet getting serviced by NYA late morning/early afternoon on Sundays, occasionally, in addition to the more usual Saturday service. As long as the new boxcars and flatcars are delivered before Kleet opens Monday morning and empties removed, is all that matters.

Does the crew that serves Kleet report to Fresh Pond or Pine-Aire?

Saw Kleet being switched Saturday two weeks ago. Followed the Port Jefferson bound Train about 11:45 AM. Probanly a Fresh Pond move.

If the LIRR is doing track work between Huntington and Port Jefferson, how will NYA drop off and pick up cars at kleet this weekend 9/29-9/30 and in a similar instance on the weekend of 10/13-10/14?
