Basically;
-C420s are returning as they've been found sitting on a storage track in Selkirk Yard. All L-2 units will replace MP15ACs currently in service.
-LIRC 9231 is being converted into a Genset
-LIRR is receiving GP38-2 engines from GATX and NYA to return to Push-Pull operations with a change at Jamaica.
-401 is returning as it was discovered in a formerly-abandoned Grumman hangar alongside several F9F jets thought to be scrapped
-Fresh Pond Yard is closing, with a new yard to be opened in Sayville on the site of the Sayville Elementary School. Universally seen as "No big loss."
-M-3s are being converted to Freight Motors as opposed to being Scrapped.
-301 and 300 are being re-engined to run on NIMBY blood.
Finally, NY&A is purchasing a spare MH-60 Pavehawk to use for attack runs on particularly annoying NIMBYs.
