I've recently seen videos of a CSX inspection train led by locomotive #9969. Does anyone know of the origin of this unit and if CSX has any more like it?

It's ex-MARC 69. This is the only one CSX owns

CSX 9969 is part of the "biz" train fleet,used with the Track Geo car and 1-2 support cars.

It has a rotating headlight instead of ditch lights, and is cab signal equipped.
