The following 11 CP GP9u locomotives have been retired and sold to LTEX in McDonald, OH. The locomotives have been gathered at CP's St-Luc Yard in Montreal, Quebec, and will travel on:

CP 241 from Montreal, QUebec to Chicago, IL
CSX Q388 from Chicago, IL to Willard, OH
CSX Q330 Willard, OH to Newcastle, PA

Numbers are:

Looks like they are taking the long way around.

Wonder why they wouldn't go via Selkirk / Buffalo / Cleveland / CL&W?

Because selkirk is where locomotives go to disappear for a few weeks before being properly routed. :-D

Because CP is delivering the engines at Chicago by their choice as shipper.
