CR on the Southern Secondary

Thanks guys! Would've went out today but had other plans, might have to try to catch the return trip.

Still hoping to get down there again this year and actually WAIT for the local. I need to do something about my impatience. I have 4 weeks until I have Thursdays off. Hoping to shoot a bunch of video again this year. I want to get my CNJ project closer to completion. The southern division is one of those projects. We shall see.

3/26 train had CSX 2812 shf and 8 cars (including one high side gondola)

Church Running Track switch lined and locked normal at 3:49 PM; SA31 on the move west.

By Hope Road at 4:52 PM, CSX 4415 and 11 Woodhavens

Through Farmingdale 7:28 PM

Through Shrewsbury.....

Here's my pic of yesterday's run. This taken from Cliff Ave. in Sayreville. They cleared out a lot of the vegetation on the bluff providing better views of the rail line below.

Drove past the train on Railroad Avenue in Farmingdale yesterday and gave the crew a shave and a haircut with my car horn. Besides running into the train by surprise, The crew was able to provide me with some laughter when they responded with a shave and a haircut of their own!

Lined and locked normal, ON THE MOVE WEST at 3:43
