BNSF Los Angeles.... question

I'm applying for a Diesel Mechanic position in the Los Angeles (Commerce) yard and can't seem to find who to address the cover letter to. Anyone know who the HR person who does the hiring/interviewing for that yard is? The only name I can find on LinkedIn is George Hill, but he seems to be a few notches up the ladder from where I should be aiming.
