UPRR Question

I applied for the UP Police Special Agent position, but the opening was canceled. There is now an announcement for Conductor. If I test for Conductor and then they re-open Special Agent, at what point am I prohibited from applying for Special Agent?

What happened with me is once I was offered and accepted my job, all the other applications I had opened went straight to no longer being considered heading. You can apply for multiple jobs but like I said above, once you accept a job offer the others close. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
