Biodex strength test

Just got an offer for a carman. Nervous about the strength test. Should I be?

I just recently did it, don't be unless you don't do much with your body. I suggest a good stretch, drink water, and do not, I repeat, do not do anything strenuous to yourself that can defer you from the strength test. And remember, the harder you push the more resistance which is good and what they want.
