I'm slightly guessing CSX since they generally operate on this stretch (ROW owned by CCCR). Doesn't seem to be major, but four freight cars are off the rails.

Train falls off tracks at Taunton salt yard; power lines toppled

" TAUNTON —
A train derailed at a Taunton salt yard this afternoon, pulling overhead power lines to the ground.
Workers from Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant were able to shut down electricity flowing to the site minutes after the accident was reported.
Emergency crews on the scene were concerned the train and tracks could pose a potential risk, becoming electrified by the freshly toppled lines.
“They were moving the cars back and it just tipped,” said Deputy Fire Chief Scott Dexter.
The site, at 45 Cushman St., known as the “Taunton Salt Yard,” is listed as the American Rock Salt Co. in an online business directory. Employees at the scene said no one from the company was available to comment.''

This was a Mass Coastal incident. CSX gave them operations when the state bought the tracks. CSX drops their cars for interchange at the Weir Jct. yard right off Ingell St., it's a 3 track yard. This branch is also referred to as the Dean St. Industrial branch

If derailment happened in the salt plant - track maintenance is the responsibility of the salt company.
