I took a tour yesterday of the Kinder Morgan coal facility in Newport News, VA yesterday and lo and behold, what do I see? Looks like a BR&W diesel...

and (b) thanks for the info! I took that photo with my phone from the bus on the way in - I had a close-up look at the SD9 but we weren't allowed to take photos on the premises. Nice looking locomotive! Was surprised to see it down here...
