1st off no there are no SP Kodakpromes left. I did look on Helm's roster for the F45's Nothing but I'm looking more. With the Black Spot it could be for the light.

I figured out the F45 Mystery they are owned by MPI Motive Power Industries.

they used them on the MARC GP40 cabs i read. .
