The New York Society of Model Engineers will be hosting a slide show on the NYS&W, this Friday Jan 13th 2012 at the Rutherford First Aide Squad's second floor meeting room. (44 Ames Ave, Rutherford NJ) The show will begin at about 8pm but attendence has increased for these events so you may want to come early to insure gaining a seat. The slide show and lecture will be given by noted author and rail historian Bob Mohowski. He most recently gave a slide show on his article written in Classic Trains about SeaTrain's operations on the eastcoast of the US. This show will be on NYS&W and will feature photos by John Treen which have been collected by Mr. Mohowski. Admission is free and there will be coffee and donuts. Donations will be accepted and if anyone wants to bring down any NYS&W modeling displays will be welcomed as well.
