Theres an old PC(Penn Central) line that ran through my town years ago. But do to road work only one crossing remains. SAD 
Judging by you location, I would hazard a guess that it is the
old PRR Newark DE- Pomeroy (near Parkesburg) Pa. Branch. I was told it
primarily for cattle/hog farms in the area. I don't know the date(s)
of abandonment.
