Oil trains for southern New Jersey

The 64W power was on Westville siding Monday morning.

65W moved up to Cove Road at 4:15 and went out an hour later.

NYC Heritage Unit NS 1066 led NS 64W in to South Jersey overnight. The power is at the south end of Westville siding.

The 65W left town this afternoon but for some reason the NYC was taken off at Pavonia.

YPCA05 left Westville with 1066 trailing.
CA05 left 1066 at Pavonia and took 65W to Cove Road with just 2684 and 9312.

The next oil train came in with Central of Georgia Heritage Unit NS 8101 leading, photographed Sunday on Westville siding.

CSX oil train K002 bound for Westville, arrived in South Jersey with UP 9642, UP 5032, NS 7633, and NS 8092. The two UP engines were added after the NS 7633 developed a problem.

NS 64W was on Westville siding after the first cut of crude was delivered to Sunoco Logistics. Second and third engines are BNSF.

Empty oil train departed Westville at 1:15. Passed through Camden at 2:05, and moved out at 2:30.

NS Z4W, with Conrail FC80 crew, passed through Pavonia from 9:15 to 9:25 AM Saturday with NS 1143, 2624, and 7510.

64W crossed Newton Creek on the way to Westville Tuesday afternoon with one of Conrail's CA20 crews.

Pavonia's CA64 crew brought 65W from Westville to Camden and subsequently took it out from Pennsauken Saturday.

The incoming 64W has 7225 trailing - it's one of the 80MAC's NS got in the trade with CSX recently. It also retains it's class lights too.
