I've just opened this new topic as a way to discuss anything pertinent to whatever happens on the Northeast Corridor Line, such as the Arrow III sets that are operating specific trains. Yesterday I have captured a Metro-North Comet V cab car with an unknown number on a southbound equipment move with 2 ALP-46s and a Comet IV (https://youtu.be/2xYPG854VZ4) at the Dock Bridge. If anyone has spotted that cab car anywhere else more recently keep the thread updated.
