That's Tower 18 on the northwest corner of the loop elevated, where the Green, Pink, Brown and Purple lines go off in their respective directions - shot from a parking garage. I gotta give credit to the photographer on this one, the security guards in that parking garage are not at all agreeable when it comes to pictures and you either have to sneak by them or actually park a car in there (for like $20).
That old car might be worth money!
