Anyone have any information on the fate of NYC tugboat No. 18? I can't find any information about NYC's marine fleet... Any help appreciated.

Here is Number 18 (I think) photographed by one of my favorite American photographers, David Plowden. I think Number 13 (Lucky 13) is being restored. As for 16, I assume she was a victim of the grim reaper from the scrap yard.
