Mr. Perkowski, I agree with you. I'm concerned that the TSA and some railroad police can't tell legal, safe recreation from actual threats or irresponsible, dangerous behavior. Many years ago (but since 2001), I read an interview with an Israeli security official who said that if you get on a plane in Israel, the security people know who you are, but in America, everybody's a suspect. And talking to Don Philiips (more than ten years ago), I opined that if transportation security people really thought that photos of trains assisted terrorists, the TSA would be trying to prevent publication of railroad photos. Don agreed, as I recall.
