Reference an article in the "Coloradan", Fort Collins, CO dated Friday, 15 June 2007: Turbine Blade Plant Hailed as Future Promise......Vestas, a Danish firm involved in the manufacture of wind turbine blades, will build a 200,000 square foot plant in the Great Western Industrial Park on the east side of Windsor, Colorado. The finished blades, which will weigh 7.3 metric tons each with a length of approximately 120 feet, are to be shipped by rail in sets of three. The origionating carrier will be the Great Western Railway which has connections to both the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads. The ground breaking ceremony was held at the plant site on Thursday, 14 June. Among those attending were Colorado Governor Bill Ritter and the president of Vestas Americas A/S Jens Soby. When in full production in approximately eight months, the plant will employ 400 and produce four blades a day, operating 24/7.

Looks like a "go" sitiuation.
