Does anyone know when the yards in FRONT of Union Station in Nashville were removed? Old photos from the 50s and 60s show a massive yard under the highway bridge in front of union station (not the station tracks in back). On google maps it shows the CSX mainline still in place but in front of the station just mud and grass.

Anyone have any info?
