My daughter told me that she saw a train on the Bay Coast near Exmore on Monday afternoon (7/29) lead by an N-S locomotive and hauling oversized concrete pipes. Is it common practice for N-S locomotives to operate over the Bay Coast and do N-S crews handle the trains? Thanks for any information.

Little off topic, but was there saturday and saw some guys working on the "Southern comfort" car. Looks like they painted the roof and there were some people working on the interior.
