Anyone care to guess where these photos were taken? They came from the collection of Hal Carstens. I thought the Erie photo might be trains stored at Spring Valley awaiting the commuter rush. The short freight I have no idea, but it looks like Hal was getting a cab ride in a covered wagon.

Any help is appreciated.

First photo - looks like just west of Dover, (just west of US 46), with the park area around the water works to the left.
