I understand, but believe me. At my Shoprite senior day is the biggest day of the month as everybody is getting their 5% discount and it's nothing to wait 15 or more minutes in line even for self checkout, which we can't use if we have more than 20 items. But thanks for your thought process. I was interested in that.
There might not be a senior day, but people do have options to choose their commute.
Ride an hour earlier... negotiate a 10 hour four day work week... choose second or third shift.... all options for those afraid of crowds.
