Passed over Clyde Rd and Veronica Rd xings today in Franklin Twp. I don't know when Herman Warehouse stopped getting shipments (maybe 5 years ago or more) but the Millstone Branch is completely overgrown - medium size trees growing between the rails, trees fallen over the row, and 10' high scrub brush engulfing the trackage. The cross bucks on both xings have been replaced with "exempt" signs on Veronica and nothing on Clyde.
I remember CR did a ton of rehab on the line in '99 when Herman started shipping again by rail. The line sat dormant from late 70s to 99. CR replaced all the ballast, a switch, and a lot of ties. They did MOW work for a week.
