Metro North - B&B test

Hi all,

I'm a veteran Railroader with our sister RR (LIRR) and I was hoping someone could offer some friendly advice. I have been with LIRR for around 16 years and have been encouraging my brother in-law to apply to LIRR or MNRR as they are great places to work for workers. He recently got called to take the B&B test any help or advice greatly and respectfully appreciated from my fellow railroaders. Not asking for test answers, just general knowledge of what to expect and what the test is like.
