The NYC E8 diesels purchased by the Medina Railroad Museum are moving east tonight on Q366. They were seen at Berea and again near Ashtabula around 9pm. Should be in Frontier yard around midnight or so.

The pair of ex-NYC E8 diesels destined for the Medina Railroad Museum are on a siding adjacent to the diesel shop in Frontier Yard. The FRA tagged them for excessive flange wear.

Interesting that the two E-8s could travel all the way from TENN, and be FR&A defective on arrival FRONTIER! Methinks an FRA type that is translating a grudge vs CSXT.....EH?? LAB

Units were reportedly on the way to Niagara Falls and then on to Lockport. No one seems to know much about the FRA bad order.
