The triplet with 9031 and 9030 as end car still has no railroad markings since delivery. My understanding is only way rail equipment is running without reporting marks is if its clearly marked like locomotives etc.
These cars only have number and no CDOT or MNCR markings ???.
anyone care to comment??

Apparently the LIRR had done the same thing on the M-1s:

Actually, it looks better without the logo.

This is however the MNCR forum and the LIRR do have side logo's.
The triplet of M6's has no logo's on front or sides, no lettering, just car numbers.
kind of weird for a car used in interstate commuter service.

It simply fell through the cracks. When they were delivered with no markings due to MNRR changing its logo from the "M" to the "MTA" logo. Plus Morrison-Knudeson went bankrupt and formed a company called "AmerRail" to complete all open contracts and the logos were just forgotten about, even to this day.

Its worth noting that M6 triplet 9028/9079/9029 is equally without logos.

Also add M6 triplet 9020/9071/9021 to the list of unlabled units.
