The Lower Level of Grand Central Terminal is temporarily closed until further notice due to the loss of power as a result of a water pipe break. Train service is not affected at this time and is operating to/from the Upper Level of the Terminal.

Was the water main break caused by ESA related work?

no and everything is back to normal, power is restored and food court open.
