Attempting to identify the locomotive in a recently received photo of my great grandfather. No name on the engine, tender or flat car. The number "830" is on the front. He was a brakeman/conductor between 1890-1920. Worked in LA, WY, KS, AR that I'm aware of, probably for Texas & Pacific and Missouri Pacific.
