I didn’t not claim that OBRM “is” using P72s on the turntable hops. I knew all along it was the wooden caboose.
I was stating to show me 2900s /P72s running on LIRR rails, and NOT the Museums turntable hop.
For the record I am very much proud of the long awaited accomplishments demonstrated by the OBRM crew.
And think it’s absolutely incredible that you guys are offering the opportunity for caboose hops, albeit short, it’s better than nothing! So don’t get my previous post in a twist.

Would love to see that, based on many current factors that I’m privy to, I do not see this happening without significant changes in key positions.

Kind of roof over the yard? Not a full enclosed space but a covering of sort that will provide some additional protection to the equipment?
