Line under Bronx Side of Park Avenue Bridge?

I've always seen this rail line every time I go over the Park Avenue Bridge, but i don't quite know what it is:

The CSX Oakpoint connector, it replaced the port Morris branch at Melrose.
It is a freight only yard lead.
controlled by oak point yard master.

Lol... It was kinda hard to get a pic if I didn't know the name of what I was asking about... And I couldn't get a pic from the Park Ave Bridge itself...
