(Late) New Year's Resolutions for CDOT and MNR

What are your opinions on some resolutions for Metro-North and CDOT this year?

Obviously a big focus for CDOT will be the new Hartford Line. Metro-North will probably want to make East Side Access a priority.

CDOT is lucky if they can keep going what they presently have running. There are currently proposals to discontinue weekend branch service because the state is crying poverty.

I've seen. They want to do the same thing with SLE, which I frequently use.
