At The LaSalle Street Station, there are three lights at the end of tracks 1-8 and i know that green means go and red means stop but when i saw the clear light i was wondering what the clear light meant? can anyone fill me in on the clear light?

Which don't have anything to do with signals. I'm really not positive what these are used for, my guess is something to do with plugging into station power.
