The 4000 Foundation is hosting its annual rail fair and sale at Copeland Park (The Northside Fest Grounds) in La Crosse, WI on Saturday July 19, 2008. This is a fund-raiser for the 4000 Foundation, which displays and preserves the CB&Q 40000. Both the BNSF and CP will locomotive displays. The BNSF will also have a way car on display. The CB&Q 4000 will open for display and will have an operating whistle.
