Not quite. That bottom green indicates that the train is going to the ladder track to the South Shore. A middle green indicates that the train is being crossed over from track 1 to track 2. If the train was going to Blue Island, it would recieve either a resticting "R R W": destination Blue Island Lead to Blue Island Branch or a approach diverging "Y Y R" and be crossed over at the next control point to the Blue Island Branch.

Engineers never trust dispatchers or control operators. They don't know what they are doing. :P

Hopefully they both get it right ... wouldn't want a Metra engineer saying "CP 75.3? Where are you sending me?" :-D
