Is this a PA?

DRGW had a PB used for steam generation or something like that, and it was re-trucked around 1981 with blombergs. Is this it, on the royal gorge scenic road? To the right of the SD9 in the photo.

To the right of it is a baggage car, not a PB. Sorry. Ahead of it looks like an F7A tarted up in DRGW colors. That's a nice looking SD, though.
