How many Regional Railroads are there in the U.S. and which ones?
In this Forum there are listed 16 railroads in the regional board. Wikipedia lists 34 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regional_railroad" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) But is this complete and still current? According to https://www.fra.dot.gov/Elib/Document/14131" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, p. 4, there were 21 Regionals in 2014! So what is correct?
