D.F Barnheart & Assoc. have for sale a former United Staes Army 0-6-0 #4023. The locomotive was built by Alco, in 1942. Here is the total information on the locomotive:

1942 built ALCO 0-6-0 steam locomotive with tender. Former U.S. Army #4023. Renovation started. Boiler barrel in good shape. Needs new flues. New crown sheet has been "tacked in." Needs new side sheets and rear tube sheet (template available for rear tube sheet.) Asbestos removed. Current running gear OK. Extra set of running gear parts (rods, pistons and other miscellaneous parts.) Cab off, in good condition, awaiting re-installation following renovation. (About half the renovation work has been done. The take out/off has been done, awaiting the put back in/together.) Location: Pennsylvania
