GP15-1 with nose decal works Stowe Yd image

Ex Conrail GP15-1 (just before it became ex NS) here on NS local H49 working eastbound at Stowe Yard near Pottstown PA on the Harrisburg Line. This one had a Conrail management something or other decal applied to the nose - it had what looked like 2 hands clenching each other something like couplers do, but was quite bleached out by this late date.
