When the 4th Infantry Division (Mechanized) and the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment go to Pinon Canyon from their home station at Fort Carson for force-on-force manuever training, do they road march or do they move via rail to a railhead at Pinon Canyon or nearby?

Anybody know anything about this?

Back in the early 1980s, when the Pinon Canyon area was acquired by the U.S. government, I am sure that I read in the RMtN that a rail facility was going to be constructed at Delhi, CO for the loading/unloading of military equipment. Have not been in the Delhi area since 1980, so cannot confirm this information, however.
