I know this is much delayed from the original post, but around 1965(?) my parents drove me down behind Albany Union Station and there was parking lot on the lower level with a stack for several Flexi-van cars and parking for several trailers and NYC tractors. It was i believe adjacent to the old brick freight house and REA building. Actually this week building a diorama to take to STL RPM to sit on the NYC Historical Society table. Just the car last year drew a fair number of questions. Diorama while not based on prototype will have Flexi-Van locate next to a TTX TOFC to illustrate the differences and yes I will be illustrating how the Flexi-Van loaded from the side
