Probably repair/spare parts for the National Parks Service 4-4-0s at Promontory National Historic Site...."the location of the "golden spike" event of May 10, 1869. The 2 replica locomotives were built in the late 70s.

Strasburg Railroad makes reproduction Sellers injectors and Consolidated pop valves, so they will probably be providing this stuff to Uncle Sam.
