MPI Warranty Repairs: 1074 is on GU-1 today to be brought to Milford after getting warranty repairs from MPI in the Grafton & Upton shop.

There is a Keolis extra that will run down to Milford today to pick up the repaired 1074 and bring it back to Readville.

I’d like to know when they usually start the cab signaling testing. Not familiar with how the testing process works here, but I know that they start on the cape main. Not sure if that changed because of all the cab cars rebuilt. I know they used to test both here at the same time.

Cab Signal testing usually happens a few days after each unit is delivered to Readville off an extra from Middleboro. And that doesn't happen until the MBTA "accepts" the unit in Rochester. In other words. CSX delivers it to Middleboro. Mass Coastal takes it to Rochester. Once accepted, Mass Coastal brings it back to Middleboro. The MBTA, usually once a week or two, runs an extra from Readville to Middelboro and return. This is how it gets to Boston.
