ES44C4 locomotives

Here is a shot of them yesterday at St. Augustine, another great job. To answer the question, train 101 is mostly loads if not all loads, it is a very hot train too.

I understand all the new GE's are now here. They sure look great. Here is a bit of stuff concerning the locomotives that have been replaced. SD-70's 140 and 142 I believe are running on CSX while 141 is still under repair at New Symrna Beach. As for the 700's (SD-40-2's) all are in New Symrna Beach stored pending lease out probably to CSX except for 711 and 715 which will remain in FEC service probably mostly on the Port Job out of Hialeah. They might hold on to one more SD-40-2. The other SD-70's (100-107) are in New Symrna Beach their days of operation on the FEC are over with. The Florida East Coast is now a GE railroad. So far most of what I have been hearing is positive about the new units. I believe tonight is their first trip on the unit (rock) train and they will get a good test on that job.
