No. PRR serviced Holding Point via the Elmira Branch. Erie had trackage rights via PRR, so it fielded its own locals as well. LV accessed Holding Point via its former EC&N trackage until late 1975, when that line was placed OOS.

DL&W had no trackage rights with either PRR or LV in Horseheads. Thus the only way to see a Lackawanna engine at Holding Point would have been after the EL merger in 1960.
