WL(s): 1) As above, but for EB movements or 2) as singular shorthand for CPF-WL or the Willows, CPF-WL having both WLs and ELs.
Single to Single: Can be part of a Rule 241 permission to pass a Stop signal at an interlocking or other wayside signal or also part of a train order for a number of circumstances.
Da Hill: My appropriation of the term for the topography that finds its summit near East Gardner/MP 341. The easterly slope is Ashburnham Hill, the westerly Royalston Hill, Ashburnham presenting the somewhat greater challenge.
