CSX SD40-3 Rebuild Program Status

How many units are now rebuilt? Also, is there a particular portion of the CSX's system where these can be found?

Says 50 units have been completed as of January 2013.
and the goal is 300 units.

They are randomly wandering CSX..
I have seen two through Rochester, NY in the last year..

Have had them as leaders on a number of trains since 2011. Not exactly thrilled by them, but they seem to be able to hold their own as far as operating, and I'd put them on equal footing as any SD40-2. My biggest issue is the computer screen program, which is different than any other locomotive I've used, and takes a bit of getting used to. The more I run them, the more comfortable and familiar with their quirks I become.
