CSX Hanover Subdivision

Can anyone give me up to date information on the CSX Hanover subdivision? I've been here at Gettysburg College for about a month and I've gathered that there is one mid-morning westbound and one eastbound in the evening and that they sometimes drop off cars for the Gettysburg and Northern?

D796 originates from Curtis Bay to Hanover and return. Q762 Rock Runner originates at Hanover and operates to Fort Meade Jct during the night. Q763 Originates at Fort Meade Jct and returns the empties back to Hanover during the day. There Is a local D797 that operates from Hagerstown to Hanover and return,
