CSX 7366 radiators

What happned to 7366 that it needed new radiators. Or is it actually a rebuild?

Whatever it is, it looks to be recent based on this shot from early March. Granted not the best of angles, but it seems the radiators then were the normal ones.

It might be worth asking this in the GE forum??

7334 has the same thing too.
